BenchMarket works without accounts. The data controller is the site's publisher ([Nom Prénom à compléter], see the legal notice).

What is kept

Contact form: your email and your message, so we can reply. “Notify me” list: your email, to tell you when new categories open, deleted on request. Clicks on listings: a simple counter per listing, with no personal data. Sellers' personal data is not kept.

Cookies

The site shows no ads and uses no advertising cookies or trackers. When you click a listing you go to eBay, which applies its own cookie policy.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data through the Contact page. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
